FITNESS TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY DURING COVID LOCKDOWN

The COVID crisis has locked us indoors throughout the day. This causes a threat to our bodies and mind. We have to keep ourselves fit by doing a few exercises. WHO recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week, or a combination of both, achievable even at home, with no special equipment and with limited space.

People with visual impairments can use the following free resources that helps keep the body fit. We recommend you consult your family physician while trying these exercises. Apart from these videos, we recommend you spend time walking, playing, keeping a check on the diet, etc.
